It is with great excitement to announce that our firm merged with the Law Office of Matthew Grabell and has promoted David Baumwoll to Partner. Our new firm, Porter Thomas Grabell & Baumwoll P.C., will continue to provide our clients with the best representation in each of our practice areas.

With the addition of Mr. Grabell, who has also been named partner, our firm adds substantial expert experience in employment law with over 29 years of practice. Mr. Grabell has prosecuted and defended employment matters through mediation and arbitration, as well as in the state and federal courts of New Jersey, New York, and throughout the country.

Mr. Baumwoll has been a vital part of our team over the last four years and continues to excel in his focused areas of practice related to commercial and general litigation, contract disputes, and transactions in real estate and business acquisitions. Mr. Baumwoll has also established himself as a leader in the firm and helped spearhead the firm’s recent growth.

In addition to the merger and announcement of our new Partners, we have also added Michael Eidman to the team as Of Counsel. Mr. Eidman’s specialties are in Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice litigation. In private practice since 1980, and member of the bar in both New York and New Jersey, Mr. Eidman prides himself on personally meeting and getting to know every potential client. Several of Mr. Eidman’s cases have settled for or resulted in jury verdicts in the several millions of dollars.

While we may have a new name, we will continue to provide the highest level and quality of service to our clients as we have in the past. In fact, this announcement makes the team at PTGB a stronger and more versatile firm that you can trust for your legal matters in both New Jersey and New York.
