Michael Hammam

I started working with Arthur “Scott” Porter when I just started my industrial and hobby blade business. Since then Porter has a represented me, my various companies, my family and now my children who run our family’s businesses that have expanded other areas of manufacturing, distribution, and various entrepreneurial enterprises. In many ways, Porter and his firm have acted as general counsel to our businesses including the preparation of shareholder, employment, and transaction agreements. Over the last 30 years, we have also had many legal matters involving regulatory and litigation matters that the Fischer Porter & Thomas team successfully handled to our great satisfaction at a fair and reasonable cost.
